· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers, home address and photographs.
How I get the personal information and why I have it
Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you so I may contact you regarding my services as a Celebrant.
I may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: Funeral Directors who ask that I contact you directly to discuss the funeral service.
I may share this information with crematoria or funeral businesses.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information is your consent and if you wish me to deliver a contractual service.

How I store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
I keep the information collected for one year from the date of first contact. I will then dispose of your information by securely destroying the data.
